Its been almost a year now, that I have completed my graduation in Business management from BIT. While taking admission in BIT,I thought... this is the same BIRLA's institute....but actually after being in the college..in few initial days only I got to know that our BIT is completed different from what actually I was thinking of....d BITS, Pilani. Very proudly our teachers told that this is BIT and not BITS,Pilani..& not only me, all my friends had same misconception....oh god...
Before joining Bachelors in business administration, I thought its better to go for a professional course rather than going for b.com or any other bachelors degree as it will help me out in future. How can I forget that..in the first few days of college when d teachers usually ask for introduction..all of my class mates used to say..we have joined BBA because it is a platform for higher studies..."MBA"..hahahaha:)..what a platform...!!But it is actually very tuff to join higher studies..from a reputed b school. I i have still not decided what to do in regards to my career..going for MBA and cracking "cat"..which i know is not possible. The most disgusting fact is most of the engineers are going for MBA and are toppers of cat...nonsense people...they should remain in their own field rather than jumping into others...Why don't they opt for M tech and M Sc's...I really don't know why everyone is so interested in MBA...where should commerce guys go..no place in IIMs and other top b schools. Commerce students are preferred when they have good work ex...but who will provide job opportunities to freshers? I am not talking about so called BPO jobs..these days no organisation is providing job opportunities to fresher grads without campus placement...n here comes the role of BIT..useless placement cell....with 0 companies looking for candidates.
Still I joined one organisation in sales department; thinking its better to go for something rather than nothing. Coz usually in PI's ..judges ask about the time gap..Its been 7 months now that I am working and again its time to think about higher studies..One day I will be in depression...for sure...now again choice has to be made between ims, time or career launcher. Now a thought comes across what will happen if after preparation also..I could not make to a good b school.I really don't want to join an institute where placement is doubtful.
Moving backwards if i think where did I made the mistake.. was it not securing more than 90% in class 12th and going into a good Delhi university college..atleast securing a placement after spending 3 years, or was it dropping one year thinking experience will count and it will help me...god please help me out...!!
